Endo and did you get BFP with just Clomid?" /> I have mild endo and I've been trying since last October. Dr told me to keep trying before I spend money. But no luck... I want to take something before I even do a lap. What do you think??

I have mild endo and after over a year of trying I ask my obgyn for clomid. It isn't covered by insurance but is very cheap. I was on 50mg and got pregnant my first round. I'm 18 weeks with fraternal twins due in September.

Clomid isn't covered by provincial insurance in Canada but Femara is because it's actually not FDA approved for fertility treatment, it's a breast cancer drug that reduces estrogen. Look up different drugs and you may find something cheaper!

I have endo and pcos. I one round of 50 mg clomid and 2 rounds of 100mg so three months total. It will make you crazy but is worth it. I also had to take progesterone my first month to jump start my cycle. Me personally if you are having to pay out of pocket for the clomid and your doctor agreed I would start with the 100 mg doses the first month. And If you have a Walmart in your area that has a pharmacy call and ask if they do discounts on the clomid. I've had a friend who only paid 10$ when insurance wouldn't cover it with the discounts they got.
