Pregnant again so soon after miscarriage?

I miscarried on 28th July, I took this test today. I'm just wondering if it's showing a faint line because of the miscarriage hormones? Or could I be pregnant again only 4 weeks after a miscarriage. My boobs and stomach are swollen to, Help please.

I had my miscarriage (natural) at 7weeks on the 29th of July. It took two weeks for my HCG to go under 4, which I was told by my obgyn were considered negatives. I also did take pregnancy tests to make sure they were showing negatives, which they did. I was also told by my obgyn to wait two weeks before ttc after the MC, which we did. After those two weeks, my husband and I, went back to our regular life. I got a massive shock when I discovered that I am pregnant again 4 days ago. I'm still in total disbelief...So yes, it can happen. After reading several different things, it is not uncommon either! Baby dust to you and hope for both of us this is our rainbow babies 🌈🍀🌈

Definitely go in for blood word. I had a D&C; on July 21 and was getting positive pregnancy tests until last week. My blood results showed an hcg of only 6 and taking a very very long time to drop back to zero.  My doc was surprised a test could even detect such a small amount.

My sister in law got pregnant a month after having a miscarriage but she unfortunately ended up having another one after because of health problems

I had a d&c on June 2nd and it took 9 weeks for my hcg levels to go back to normal.  It could be left over hormones but everyone's body is different.  Your dr will have to do repeated blood test to monitor your levels.

do a blood test, if you do it repeat in 2 days and it's higher... then you know for sure you're pregnant again 🤗🌈

I'm still showing positive pregnancy tests, very very faint lines and I miscarried July 30th. Take a test again in a few days to see if it's gone or getting darker. Or see your Dr. Best of luck!

Just don't a first response test, I'm pretty sure this looks positive and not like left over hormones but I don't know what to think🤷🏼‍♀️

Tested again today (bottom test) 
The top test (5.1 weeks) is after my miscarriage, second test was taken 4 days ago, bottom test was taken today. Not sure what to think...
