any tips on losing weight ?
I've always been overweight. My freshman year of high school I felt so unhappy, so at the end of the school year I decided to start working out and eating more clean at first I did lose weight and sophomore year I started to feel better about myself but then I stopped seeing results, the picture below was me my junior year ( November 2016) Now I'm going into my senior year, and I don't feel good with the way I look and honestly I feel ugly. Keeping the weight off has been such a struggle. I'm 138 lbs , for my height I'm considered over weight ( 5'2) and my goal is to go down to 118 lbs , unfortunately I'm a pear shape and I gain a lot of weight in my thighs but some does go to my stomach , arms and face making me look chubby. If anyone has any advice to lose the weight. And yes I go to the gym 5 times a day, I portion my food, I try to drink lots of water and I'm trying to eat low in carbs. And I was on a vegan diet during this summer and it made me gain weight so I stopped.
