Anybody know any good diets/foods that are okay to eat without a gallbladder?

I started eating zucchini pasta with ground chicken mixed with homemade sauce and other vegetables. I know it sound horrible but it’s so good. After having my gallbladder removed by emergency surgery I had to quickly change my diet. Now I just have to stay away from anything greasy otherwise I get so sick and I’m in so much pain
