I took the test with my first born and it was accurate!

I used it with my last baby. It was easy, as long as you are an "easy bleeder". You need to get about 2ml of blood from your finger and they only give you 3 lancets to try with.  The results were accurate for me, said boy and I gave birth to my 3rd boy.
