Spots on bum?

So I have random unpoppable spots on my bum an it's making me feel very self conscious, any tips or tricks on how to get rid of it ?:((

I get those too. they look like zits but they're not, they're keratosis pilaris bumps. exfoliate every day with those exfoliating shower gloves or a loofa and put the Gold Bond rough & bumpy skin lotion on it. I've tried EVERYTHING over the years and this is the only thing that helps. still haven't managed to get rid of them though :/
