Pulling sensation just below belly button
I had this weird tugging sensation just below my belly button like my muscles were pulling in. In the next minute i had a lot of lower back pressure.
I'm due for my period in 2 days, and i'm a little worried about pregnancy since i've never experienced this before.
Anyone experience this or have an explanation?
