9 weeks pregnant and a cold just hit me hard. Temp is up a little, but nothing concerning right now. Whenever I eat or drink water I get very nauseated. I haven't ate a lot today or had much to drink. I'm trying to force myself to have more water. What are my concerns being sick while pregnant and in my first trimester. It really worries me. My husband is bringing me home Tylenol sinus, so hopefully that will keep the fever under control.
