Morning sickness!!
10-3 weeks and I so Ill. I actually can't cope with being so sick. Could it be down to my pregnancy multi vitamins?? As I forgot to take them yesterday and felt fine. On the other hand I took it today and I am so Ill. I need help 😭😭
