Cervix position 19wks/3days

Hey all!

I'm feeling really panicky-- I've had pains off and on all day & I was worried about bleeding. I checked my cervix and it seemed low and soft and slightly open. Should I be concerned? Trying to decide if I'm being paranoid or not before I call my doctor. I'm a FTM-- had a miscarriage once at 8 weeks, and I'm not sure what to expect.

Please help me!
