What is the normal amount of sex to have with your spouse?

I feel like my husband and I aren't normal. We only have sex once or twice a week. Everyone that I've talked to about it says they have sex multiple times a day or like 5 times a week.

Personally, my SO and me are the same. We don't avoid it but naturally it just works better for us with a day of rest hahaha Don't compare yourself with other couples. Do what makes you happy and only you guys know your bodies. Just enjoy !!!

It really just depends on your two. The amount of times my husband and I have sex depends on a number of things from stress, schedules, kids sleep, how we're feeling, and so on. We've had it as little as once a week and as many as every day of the week. As long as you are happy with each other, feel close, feel fulfilled in that area, you are fine. No need to compare your relationship to others. You do what works for you :)

Nothing abnormal about that. Every couple has a different norm anyway. My SO and I typically have sex a few times a week, but we've had our dry spells. It all depends on how busy/stressed/tired we are. As long as you're both feeling satisfied, it's the perfect amount for you guys

Currently 30 weeks pregnant and having sex once a week is becoming quite difficult.

I have 3 kids, I'm tired and busy. We'll have sec s few times a week MAYBE, but it can definitely be more spaced out. It's a lot about lifestyles. And never compare, you don't know what goes on behind closed doors.

I think I read an article that said 1-2 was pretty average and healthy. Everybody's relationship is totally different. Mine relationship is 3-4 times a week, but our dynamic is different.
