We will be going to San Diego in October with our soon to be 1 year old daughter. We're taking a plane and it's about 1.5 hour flight from San Francisco.

This will be her first plane ride and we're only gone for 3 days.

We'll be taking her to the San Diego Zoo but besides that we're just going to chill and perhaps hang out with old friends who live there now.

How do we make the plane ride smooth for her? I'm more concerned with when we take off and we got queen size beds at our hotel so she'll be sleeping with us.

What should we pack and how much should we pack? I already told my husband that we should take the lighter stroller instead of the one we always use which is heavier and bigger.
