So I really don't think it's an STD/STI but I'm wondering if anyone else is this. It doesn't happen in/on/near my vagina, urethra, anus It happens on the pubic mound (front of vulva where most pubic hair is) and it happens on my inner thighs where my leg hits my vulva (but not along the undies lines)

Basically what it is is like a quarter inch pimple. I can feel the sac inside the skin and it sometimes gets to be pretty big, like the size of a small grape. I don't think it's an ingrown hair because I've had those and they don't behave the same way. No pain, just pressure and tightness that makes it noticeable.

If I squeeze and tug at it it will come to a head sooner and then burst with blood and pus. If I let it be it does the same but takes much much longer. Both methods leave noticeable discoloration/scarring.

Does anyone else have this?!? Does anyone know what it is? Tips on how to cure/treat it?!
