Body playing tricks..!!!

1 month ago I came off my period that was 5 days early. I came off the next day I was in so much pain from cramping I thought about going to the hospital. a couple days later I start bleeding for 3 days. it wasn't like a period though. it wasn't heavy but I was bleeding. after the 3 days I lightly spotted for 2 more days. I was supposed to come on on Friday but no period mo signs mo nothing..can comsomeome give me some incite. did my period change or could I be very early pregnant.? Thanks
