Since first trimester, it's only gotten worse.

23w3d and oh god yes. Thankfukly(?) I've had back pain since I was 10 due to spinal irregularities so I'm used to it, but it's still awful!

I'm only 21 weeks and have had pretty bad lower back pain for the last couple of weeks. It's not constant, but by the end of the day I can barely more.  Total bummer.

Yeah, I'm 13 weeks and have horrible lower back pain!

17 weeks and it's horrible! I find that a heating pad works wonders for 30 minutes every few hours

It's horrible! I come home from work and immediately have to lay down with a heating pad. 17 weeks today and I've had it since 15 weeks.

Yup! Mine is in the middle of my back. It isn't always there, but when I have the pain, it's painful!
