Hubby is changing careers.

A - will earn a lot more but his job will be going away roughly half the year. A few weeks etc at a time but when home will have a few days off. (100k a year)

B - won't go away much if at all but he works 7 days to make ends meet so I never seen him anyway (around 77k before the weekend work)

We have a new baby & plan to have more our goal is for me to be able to be at home with our kids.

We just can't decide... We appreciate your help!
