throwing up randomly??
I just woke up randomly at like 2:30 in the morning and the next thing I know, I'm on my hands and knees, looking like the vomit scene of the exorsist. I had absolutely no nausea the day prior. all I had was a horrible cough which I believe is due to bronchitis or something . should I be worried or should I brush it off and just go in to work in the morning?
