Afraid to have sex after baby

So my boyfriend and I tried for thirteen months to get pregnant. I in no ways regret it, my baby is due Monday. I know I have to wait 6-8 weeks after baby to have sex again but I am so scared of immediately getting pregnant again. I want time to bond with my baby and stuff, we have condoms sand will be buying more. I want to get the implant but my doctor told me if I'm breastfeeding some of the hormones from it will be in my milk. I really only want one kid anyway but my partner wants two. I need time after the baby to think about it, I want to be able to just enjoy our daughter for a while.

Any advice?
