abnormal numbers in blood work

because of this I have to see a specialist on the 13th. I went for a blood test for my 15 week check up and they called me two weeks later with those results. didn't give me the name of the test or what numbers they were talking about. I go for a check up and ultrasound on the 5th. they told me 9/10 my due dates off but I kept track of my period April 22nd to the 27th making me around 18 weeks today. I've took NIPT test and HARMONY a couple more but all came back great until my 15 week blood work. weird or something just pops up out of no where. I try not to worry but I don't know what it can mean.. would anyone like to give advice on this situation?
