This is how much hair I lose EVERY TIME I comb my hair or take a shower. Is this too much? I also just started a period again mid cycle for some reason but this hair loss has been going on like this for about 6 or so months...

I lose more than that, honestly. My hair doesn't seem like it's thinning or anything, though. Now I'm wondering if something is wrong with me haha. 🤔

You lose around 200 a day the average person. If you don't brush it or wash it and wear it in a pony everyday the hair never falls out. Or it could indicate a health problem. Our body's love to tell us if something is wrong so we can fix it.

im losing way more hair than this on a daily basis i now have bald spots throughout my hair. its been on going since before i got pregnant. i lose full strands and breakage. i went to my doctor asked him to do testing for diabetis etc. he did nothing and said its from stress. im still concerned about it but my doctor is useless. i lost 35lbs in less than a month which put me at a 100lbs so i thought maybe from rapid weight loss diabetis or hyperthyroid but i cant seem to get my doctor to do anything about it.

I get that too, and I just literally had my thyroid checked and it was good 🤷🏼‍♀️... since others were saying that was their issue

I had this and found out I had hypothyroidism.

so my hair did the same thing. i had a ectopic pregnancy. and the meds they put me on made my thyroid go insaine. and thats y my hair was falling out. idk if this helps. but check your thyroid.
