Sharp pain ? ( temple question )

So about 2 years ago my freshman year I went to my schools football games to hang with friends.. My friend decided to give me a piggy back right ( worst mistake ever ) well when I hopped on her back she lost balance( I'm pretty skinny BTW, not much weight ) n fell I slammed my head into the ground , my body immediately when into savety mode so I threw my hands in front of me n tried to push myself up like a push up , but I failed n the left side of my head slammed into the ground , I blacked out for 5 seconds n couldn't hear anything until I became conscious again, I never got it check out but ... its now my junior year and about the middle of my sophomore year I started getting sharp, dull pains on the left side of my temple .. Well now I'll get them on my right side as well n it'll go from my temple to the crown of my head , sometimes back of neck .. Idk what this is, does anyone know what it could be ??
