Accidentally mixing vodka and norco?

I had a few shots of vodka with friends about an hour ago, but have been taking norco for my root canal and just took a pill. Will I be okay? They're freaking out and googling side effects but I feel fine. Do I need to worry as much as they are?

I'm a nurse and I can tell you, no need to worry. Just stay awake and you're cool- the main concern with mixing them is that it can really sedate you and cause problems breathing. Accidentally mixing them shouldn't hurt you, just avoid doing do in the future and let yourself sober up before taking any more norco. :)

It's gonna take a lot more than a few shots of Vodka and 1 Norco to cause you problems. Just try not to drink much more and you'll be fine! -ICU nurse-

Just have someone monitor ur breathing! If anything feels abnormal like shortness of breath or confusion call an advice nurse *sutter/keiser/other* insurances have advice nurse hot lines... be safe and don't do it again. Mixing alcohol and medicine is really dangerous.
