Rash or eczema? Or teething? 🤔

My baby seems to get this rash very often? He does not complain about it but it's always berry red and raspy. 
Can it be eczema?

Looks like eczema to me.  My daughter has it too and it flares up like that when she's teething and constantly has drool all over her face.  We just try to keep it as dry as possible and at night put a thin layer of hydrocortisone on it.

Yes eczema it is my son has it and those same spots on his face get attacked along with his neck chest back and shoulders. we took him to a dermatologist they have us hydrocortisone 2.5% and it works wonders.  I also changed his soaps, lotions and detergent

Yes eczema! I would bring him in to get medication and ointment, i have a friend whose son has a bad case and its engulfing his whole body :(
