PROBIOTICS HELP!!!

So I've been having yeast issues for about a year or so now. I've done the antibiotics, the apple cider vinegar, the change in diet all of that. And now that I'm on birth control it doesn't help at all. It's reoccurring every few weeks or so. No itchiness but the discharge has strange smell, color and texture. It will last a few days then disappear. So now I decided to try out probiotics for yeast to see if it can help. Does anyone know what I should expect within the first couple days of taking the probiotic pills????
