Trouble conceiving after already having kids

Hi just wondering if anyone else is in the same boat as me. I had my daughters when I was 18 &21. Their father was an awful person and I finally realized that and got away when I was 22. My kids don't really remember him. I met my husband 7 years ago when I was 24. In all of the years we have been together I have never gotten pregnant. As long as I have been with him I have never used birh control. My periods are extremely irregular; have been since I was a teenager. And a few years ago I saw my dr who ran some tests and just concluded that my cycle was just out of whack. We tried 4 rounds of clomid. Didn't work. We never got him tested or looked at and its too late now bc we lost our health insurance that would have helped pay for infertility tests. I'm 32 now and I feel like it's getting too late. My kids are 11 and almost 14 now. Now that I've discovered these apps that help track your cycle we've been trying again. Just wondering if anyone else has an experience like this.
