Pros VS Cons on Forced Rehab

Hey ladies and gents I'm looking into the Pros Vs Cons on forcing someone into rehab for alcoholism. My husband and I have 3 kids and a surprise pregnancy so soon to be 4 kids and he has the opinion that he's "fine. But everyone around us says he isn't and tells him that. I'm not looking for relationship advice...just looking into pros and cons of forcing someone into rehab. Thank you!
