For the recent posts I've been seeing **TRIGGER** ⚠️

It's not easy I know. I've been there before myself. But hurting yourself, SI, cutting- call it whatever you want isn't good. I'm a former cutter so I know what I'm talking about. You can't get rid of scars. You can cover them and make them lighter with coconut oil, but they're always going to be there. I can't count how my I have after 15 years of SI. I've been "sober" if that's the word for it for 3 years. It's so easy to start and hard to stop. So don't start. I've had "this is my last time" at least a hundred times. I have seen so many post about scars that I can tell are SI and the best thing for scars is to not make them. Try squeezing ice. It'll burn your hands but leaves no permanent damage. Get a red marker and draw something like lines to signify cuts, but it doesn't leave scars. I know it sounds so dumb, but the distractions really make a difference. Try drawing a straight line without a ruler!! Bet you can't do it lol. Distractions are key to stop SI. Look up The Butterfly Project. You draw a butterfly on you anywhere you can see it. If you cut you kill the butterfly. When the butterfly fades away it's free. I actually got a butterfly tattoo as a reminder of what I've over come.

Just please stay strong, you are actually not alone, and you are loved. I love you. You will be ok. Don't hurt yourself because you're hurting more than yourself. You're hurting other people that don't know how upset you are. Talk to them. You'll see how loved you are. Please don't hurt yourself. Stay strong. Stay beautiful. Remember the butterflies.
