too soon for baby shower?

I am having my baby shower this sat when I will be 31+3. my sister is planning it and can only come during that weekend (she lives 7 hours away).

I'll be 36 weeks for my baby shower and I WISH it was sooner! When it's on the earlier side you tend to feel better and won't get as wiped out getting ready and having fun at the party.

I had mine at 28 weeks. It was great to get all the gifts sorted and organized before I got too big and uncomfortable. I don't think anyone cares if you have it early.

I had mine at 28 weeks. My mom was going to be out of town for 6weeks. I'm glad it's done, it was exhausting then so I can't even imagine having one now at 34.

I think that is good timing. Mine will be when I am. 36/37 weeks and I nervous that something will happen and I will have to go early and miss it after my friends have worked so hatd on it

I had a baby shower when I was 30 weeks and my other one when I was 34 weeks. I wanted to be able to enjoy them without feeling so huge exhausted. If you feel like it's a good time then go for it.
