Help me out here

I work full time and go to school full time currently, then come home to a 3 year old and a husband as tired as me. Life.

That said, I don't always have time for a shower. BUT want a clean hoohaw before bed. No one likes sweaty morning hoohaw. I make my own soaps for the most part, but can't find a good "natural" vaginal wipe (that doesn't require water/showers). I'd REALLY like to avoid that store bought stuff that gives me and my sister a rash. Do you know of anything else? Or am I out of luck?
