I want to travel!

I am 27 and haven't done much with my life. I feel like I've wasted so much time. I've always wanted to travel and experience the world. the things stopping me now are time, money, and someone to travel with. everyone I know either can't or are uninterested. I just feel so restless and idk what to do. I haven't had a vacation in over 3 years and I feel like I am going crazy lol
