I thought this was going to be the month :(

AF showed up today earlier than I expected:( Today was the first time my husband had to see me break down and cry because AF came (he works out of town) I know he was sad too..

I'm a healthy 30 year old who has regular periods every month... I do get cyst on my ovaries that rupture almost every month... could this be why I'm I can't get pregnant?

Any suggestions on what helped you get pregnant would be very appreciated...

I should ovulate Sept 9-12
