Gripe water for 3 day old?

Question

Hey all, my baby was born Friday, he has had gas problems from the very start. Poor thing has been up a long time now squirming and crying and its horrible. Was just wondering how early can you give gripe water? My bottle says 1 month, but on google ive seen some say as little as 2 weeks. So i wasnt sure. Also saw some places where they gave to them a couple days old just seeing what you all thought. Get an updated opinion.

I used/ use the little remedies gas relief drops. they work wonders on my baby. get the Newborn+ one.

Go to YouTube and search for baby gas relief. There are helpful videos showing how to gently move the baby's legs to expel and relieve gas.

When my daughter was about a week old she was in so much pain from gas problems, we used mothers bliss gripe water and omg it was a miracle worker

I think the daytime gripe water says newborn and up, the night one must add something that they recommend starting at 1 month...if you're breastfeeding I would recommend looking into probiotics too! My drs all said for my gassy baby I  should cut dairy out of my diet as well.

I gave my 2 week old gripe water and it worked wonders for him. I got Little Remedies and it says for all ages

All little remedies products have made my son throw up. So just be prepared if u do use it. I'm not talking about just a little spit up either. Just thought I would share my experience with those products.

If it says 2 weeks old I wouldn't give it to a baby that isn't yet 2 weeks old without talking to your doctor.

Get one that says newborn & your baby can have it at 3 days old. Or you can give your baby gas drops but my LO preferred gripe water, I guess she likes the taste
