New to Make Up...
So I'm curious what brands I should use to experiment with makeup I'm new, but I watch a lot of make up tutorials on youtube and never practice because I don't have enough makeup to do a full face of makeup, or don't have the right palettes or even similar colors. Comment what makeup I should buy, or if I should buy drugstore and attempt to this art tutorial-less?
