Pregnancy Insomnia 😢😢😢
All I want is sleep. Yet every night I wake up to pee and can't fall back asleep. I've stopped drinking fluids past 7pm - I go to bed around 9/9:30 these days. I pee right before I go to sleep. Yet every night somewhere between 3:30 and 5am I'm up to pee and I can't fall back asleep. I've tried meditating. I've tried Tylenol. Ive tried sleeping on the couch. Now I just stress myself out more that I'm not gonna sleep. It also doesn't help that when I wake I'm super nauseous and tend to focus on that. Any tips? I'm so exhausted. And so miserable.
