Give me back the sickness
Give me back the sleep
Give me back the swollen knuckles, hips, and the feet
Give me back bloating
Give me back the headaches
Give me back the aversions and cravings and cramps
I want all this back but you took it away and replaced it with heartache
And emptiness at that
It ripped out the wind in me
And the light in my eyes
You took what I wanted and left part of me to die
