Miscarriage History

Hi all, first time posting on here... I was just wondering if anyone out there can offer me some hope. I've had two miscarriages, one in 2015 at 5 weeks and the second this year at 6 weeks (took 5 weeks for HCG levels to drop). Have been checked out and cleared for an abundance of medical issues that could have caused these and nothing concrete to go on. I'm young and healthy, as is my partner, and we want to conceive but I'm feeling rather hopeless at the moment... similar experiences?
