Baby acne or rash???

Question

It seems so bad to just be baby acne I've seen a few babies with it but never this bad. What should I do? And have any of your babies got it this bad?

I have a dr appointment for her in 2 days but it's really worrying me :(

baby acne. use plain water twice a day...pat dry

calendula cream by California baby is what I used on my son. cleared it in 3 days

Probably from people kissing him and stuff. It will go away! My kids always had it because I kissed them so much lol
