Okay so today my doctor did an ultrasound, and she didnt think she would see anything since i was 4weeks and 5 days!! Is there two here?? She wouldnt give me an answer all she could say is in 4 weeks we will know for sure if theres two but for right now she thinks there is one!! But it looks like there is another one in the corner

Okay wasn't sure I've had sumptoms since 3 weeks and 4 days, throwing up, overly tired ive never had theses symptoms before in my other pregnancies, only nausea, slightly tired.. but this time my symptoms are bad smells are getting me all the time.. and all my other pregnancies i would get symptoms after six weeks
