Fever at work
If I have a fever, would it be best to go home? This entire pregnancy I haven't called out any. I haven't left early either. I've only been late to work two times for vomiting first thing in the morning. But today I have such a horrible headache and I have constant nausea with a little vomiting. I just really don't feel good at all.
