Surprise!!!!

I was told that I have PCOS last year in July. (Fast Forward) I took Provera to induce my period last month in July, Because I haven't seen it since February of this year. So this month I haven't took anything to induce it. It just came on during work on the 23 and just went off Sunday. I'm excited because it came on naturally without medicine. I'm assuming I don't have PCOS anymore??? I don't know. I'm not gona overthink it because I could be wrong..
