4 month sleep training?

My baby used to sleep so well and now she'll only nurse to sleep for naps and at night time. And she'll only sleep in my arms for nap time. What can I do to help her sleep at night and for naps? Also I'd love to stop nursing her to sleep.. any tips?

She's going through the 4 month sleep regression. There's nothing you can do since it's developmental. She will never sleep like a newborn again but now has sleep patterns like ours. Look for ways to get through it. I started bedsharing and re introduced the swaddle because dd's kick reflex started too. I also napped when dh got home from work at 5;30 pm.

Try just letting her cry it out for daytime naps. I wanted to get my son off of his paci because he needed it to sleep so I tried just letting him cry. It took a couple days for the crying to slowly decrease but he finally stopped and now when I put him down for a nap he cries for maybe 5 minutes and ko's.

Sleep patterns change around 4 months when they start to sleep cycle like an adult. It will get better as baby learns to fall asleep and back to sleep after waking without help. It's a hard transition you just have to do whatever you can to get through it.
