Hey all. So last year I was diagnosed with PCOS. I have ALWAYS had irregular periods but my mom had always told me it was fine because her and my grandma did too. Both of which had 6 kids. The doctor is basing my diagnosis on being irregular and my testosterone level was high. Talking to others though, I am doubting the diagnosis because I have no other symptoms of PCOS and my testosterone was at a level of 59 which apparently is low. I've talked to some with it in the 100s... anyone have insight on this? Been ttc for two years with no luck. I'm also on progesterone to regulate my cycle.
