2nd miscarriage. Need advice

Anyone miscarry more than once with being 8 weeks (or less) pregnant? Did your doctor put you on anything? Check certain hormones? In my 18 months of trying I've have 2 miscarriages. Just super frustrated and wondered if others had experiences like this and ended up getting pregnant? My doctor hasn't been much help. Anything is appreciated.
