If I remember correctly I believe pregnancy can actually help with MS symptoms and there shouldn't be any effect on the baby.

I have MG which is similar to MS this is my second pregnancy but first with MG

My neighbor is due in July and was diagnosed with MS a few years ago. I can ask her some questions if that would help. Her pregnancy has gone very smoothly.
