Synthroid and Hashimoto's

I started Synthroid 2 months ago. And went from a tsh level of 7 to 2.1 (had my follow up today) the doctor cleared me to start ttc again (we miscarried in march). How long did it take you to conceive and have a successful pregnancy? Did you do anything differently?
