Help!! Did I ovulate??!!

I be been taking two different ovulation tests. Clearblue digital and easy@home. Yesterday cb said negative but I'm pretty certain easy@home said positive. But my cm was ewcm all day yesterday and the day before. And today it is more like glue. I'm just confused. Did I ovulate? Has anyone else had this happen and became pregnant?
