What's wrong with me!? Can anyone share some experiences on why I am getting hit twice a month with both of these infection?

I've tested for HIV 4 times and come out negative all four times. What else causes recurrent infections!!!

It's ruining my intimacy in my marriage and we are also trying to have babies and can't seem to find a time in the month to try 😢😢😢😭

I just wanna know what's going on and I wanna know a cute!!!
