Dribble Bibs and Burp Cloths

I handmade a bunch of burp cloths and bibs for a friend's baby shower and everyone lost their minds over them. They said I should make and sell them. But what I'm wondering is if there is really a market for that sort of thing. Would anyone be willing to pay for these or were they just being nice?
