Do you think it would be weird if you called your SO daddy

I am not hating but I don't know if I could because to me it would be weird.

I've only ever called him "daddy" in situations were I'm speaking for my baby and being playful. or when he calls me mama being all lovey. but I think we use it in the "we are parents" type way.  if that makes sense. .

Im in a dd/lg relationship. That's all I ever call my boyfriend. It's like when your SO calls you baby. He's not calling me a literal baby. I'm not calling him my literal dad

I'll do it in bed sometimes but that's only because I've never referred to my father as 'daddy', I've always called him 'pops' so for me the word daddy has no relation to my father.

Only in the sense that when my dogs are excited i say "daddies home!" Or i call him dad in reference to my babies father. Not sexually though

It's weird to me. I never have & I never will call my bf daddy unless I'm talking to our child about him. It's weird to me in any other way. My bf used to call me "momma" but it wasn't anything sexual. It was weird to me at first until he explained why. (He said I was very maternal & the way I always checked on if he was hungry & if he needed something reminded him of his mom. I thought he was saying it like it was weird to him that I tried to take care of him like that but he assured me that he just calls me momma because he thinks I'd be a great mom. He doesn't really call me that anymore because it still weirded me out a little bit lol.) 
I find it icky to call anyone but your father daddy, (again unless you're talking to your child about their dad.) but no judgement to those who do. I'm sure some people find a lot of things I do weird 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
