please help! 9 DPO, sharp uterine pains?

I'm at 9 DPO and experiencing some sharp pains on and off in my uterus and cervix area. It feels differently from normal cramping or gas pains. Any idea what it could be?? With my first pregnancy, the implantation felt like mild cramps, nothing like this either. Please help, we've been TTC for 8 months now.

Following. Same happening here except for the 22nd to the 25th I spotted. TMI (blood only when I wiped never enough to touch my pantyliner) tested on the 26th and BFN. My period is usually 7-10 days and I'm a heavy bleeder. My AF date was yesterday. Idk what's going on.
